STORE PICKUP :

Utilise our convenient store pickup service with a delivery timeline of 3-5 working days. Place an order for pickup at any of our stores in London, Cambridge & Oxford. An email confirmation will be sent when your item is ready for pickup.

RETURNS 

ONLINE ORDERS :

If an item does not fit as expected, we're pleased to offer free exchanges for unworn, clean items in good condition with original tags (UK customers).

For returns, we offer a straightforward refund for your item's purchase price, excluding postage costs. Identification and a receipt are required for all returns.

IN-STORE PURCHASES :

We are happy to provide exchanges or credit vouchers for returned items within 30 days of purchase. Credit vouchers are valid for 3 months from the date of return. Items must be unworn, clean, and returned with original tags.

 

PURCHASE RETURNS POLICY :

We can exchange goods or offer a credit voucher on returned items. Due to hygiene, any items returned must be unworn, clean and in saleable condition and the original sales receipt is also required. All returns/exchanges must occur within 30 days of purchase of the item. 

 We will provide a refund, replacement or offer a repair of goods that are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.In every situation, we endeavour to assist you in finding a replacement or alternative to your original purchase.

 We feel that this supports your rights as a consumer in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

 

DISTANCE SELLING :

 If an item does not fit as expected, we're pleased to offer free exchanges for unworn, clean items in good condition with original tags for UK customers. Outside of the UK a postal charge may be applied.

For returns, we offer a straightforward refund for your item's purchase price, excluding postage costs. Identification and a receipt are required and for all returns, they must be returned and received within 28 days

We will provide a refund, replacement or offer a repair of goods that are faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.

VINTAGE HATS & REPAIRS

Please note, we are only able to repair or repurpose hats originally purchased from us. Unfortunately, due to the potential irreversible damage and unavailability of certain materials, we cannot accommodate requests for vintage headwear or hats from other companies. We appreciate your understanding.
